Thank you so much for your loyal support of our ferry, “New Camellia”.

 

We have been suspending our passenger services due to the request of the Japanese government to prevent the expansion of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We have decided to extend the suspension for our passenger services based on an assumption that our government might extend the time period for their requests and limitations.

(We may resume our service even while the suspension period we have extended if our government changes any of their requests. )

 

●Time period subject to the suspension we have extended this time.

: Saturday, August 1st, 2020 to Monday, August 31th, 2020

*We will refund fully without the handling fee for customers who have eligible reservations.

Furthermore, if you wish to cancel your reservations for the trips in September, we will refund fully without a fee.

 

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
