Thank you for always using our ship “New Camellia”.

 

The special fuel surcharge, international tourist tax, and port usage fee, which were paid at the time of boarding procedures at each port, will be paid together with the fare to reduce the burden of check-in.
(Our online reservation is at the time of payment, travel agency’s reservation is at the time of payment of the travel price, and if you pay on the day, at the time of ticket issuance)
Useless exchange and cash holding are no longer needed, so I hope you can take advantage of them.

 

1) Application start date
From payments made after April 1, 2020
* Please note that customers who make a reservation by March 31 will be settled in the amount including expenses if payment is made after April 1.

 

2) Eligible passengers
<Fuel surcharge and international tourist tax>
Customers of over 2 years old
* However, infants who pay a fare must pay a fuel surcharge.
<Port usage fee>
Customers of over 6 years old

 

3) Payment details (as of March 31, 2020)
<Hakata Port>
Fuel surcharge: 1,100 yen
International tourist tax: 1,000 yen
Terminal fee: 250 yen (6-11 years old), 500 yen (12 years old and over)
<Busan Port>
Fuel surcharge: 11,000 ₩
Port tax (including tourism fund): 4,400 ₩

 

4) Receipt conditions
For the special fuel surcharge, the price at the time of settlement will apply.
The conversion of the Busan Port usage fee and the special fuel surcharge into yen will be collected at our internal exchange rate at the time of settlement.

 

In addition, the settlement term of our online reservation will be changed as follows with the shift to cashless.

〇Card payment
Payment within 24 hours after reservation completion and 4 days before departure
⇒ Instant payment
〇Convenience store payment / net bank transfer
Settlement within 24 hours after reservation completion and 5 days before departure
⇒ Settlement within 24 hours after reservation completion　(Changed as of July 10, 2020)
